2019年5月23日下午，奉贤区教育局副局长万国良、基教科科长朱银莲到我校看望慰问毕业班教师和学生。

On the afternoon of May 23, 2019, Wan Guoliang, Deputy Director of Fengxian District Education Bureau, and Zhu Yinlian, Chief of Basic Education, visited our graduate teachers and students.

万局长、朱科长在唐敏跃校长、陆桂英副校长、任其兵主任的陪同下实地察看了初三、高三学生的学习状况。还走进教师办公室和毕业班老师进行交流，了解教师的教学情况和工作需求。

Director Wan and Chief Zhu inspected the learning situation of junior and senior three students on the spot accompanied by Principal Tang, Vice-Principal Lu and Middle School Director Ren. They also went into the teacher's office and communicated with the graduate teachers to understand their teaching situation and work needs.

之后，万局长和朱科长在校长办公室与校领导进行了简短的工作交流。唐校长向局领导主要介绍了我校毕业班当前教育教学情况及学生的学习情况。局领导在听取了唐校介绍后，万局长首先反馈了他所看到的教师工作态度和学生学习的状态，给予充分肯定。认为我们老师工作认真，学生精神状态不错。对中学部毕业班的管理也提出了表扬。交流中万局长还特别指出要关注学生心理疏导，确保学生们积极备考，轻松上阵。强调学校在关心学生的同时不能忽略奋战一线的教师，学校要做好对教师的服务工作。

After that, Director Wan and President Zhu Ke had a brief working exchange with the school leaders in the headmaster's office. Principal Tang mainly introduced the current situation of education and teaching in our graduation class and students' learning to the Bureau leaders. After listening to the introduction of Mr. Tang, Director Wan first reflected what he saw about the attitude of teachers and the state of students' learning, giving full affirmation. I think our teachers and students are in good spirits. The management of graduating classes in the middle school is also praised. Director Wan also pointed out that attention should be paid to students' psychological counseling to ensure that students actively prepare for exams. He emphasizes that schools should not neglect the teachers who are fighting for the front line while caring for the students. Schools should do a good job in serving teachers.

关于学校工作其他方面，万局长还强调学校招生工作要讲规范，要重视研究，优化招生策略，努力改善生源，优化办学资源。鼓励学校坚持“质量就是生命”，坚持以市级“A类”学校的标准去办学。

Regarding other aspects of school work, Director Wan also stressed that school enrollment should be standardized, the research should be emphasized, enrollment strategies should be optimized, and efforts should be made to improve students' sources and optimize school resources. Encourage schools to adhere to "quality is life" and the standards of top "A" schools.
